Joseph E. Breinig II

Owner & Operator

Joe started Tactical Garages & More alongside his wife Theresa after 20+ years of leadership experience in education. After college, Joe spent six years as an intelligence analyst with the United States Marine Corps. Joe served four tours overseas in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Japan, and Korea before becoming a teacher and coach. Eventually, Joe would work as an Athletic Director and manage 80+ employees to guide and direct the athletic department of local high schools in Loudoun County. Now, Joe has made the transition to business ownership – something he has been well equipped for!

Fun Fact: Joe played college baseball at Liberty after being named an All-State player in high school!

Favorite Projects: Joe loves helping business owners and homeowners with their garages and making them functional, organized, and clean! Joe is the go-to garage floor and concrete floor restoration expert!

Theresa B. Breinig

Co-Owner & Operator

With 20+ years in the HVAC industry in Northern Virginia as an account manager and regional manager, Theresa’s business experience paired with Joe’s leadership experience makes them a dynamic married team! Theresa has managed large teams of employees in day-to-day operations while being responsible for over 30+ corporate accounts. Starting a business alongside husband Joe is a dream come true! The two have three children: CJ (20), Grace (18), and Tommy (5). Theresa was a multiple state champion in high school Gymnastics and a coach for 20+ years.

Fun Fact: Theresa’s son was an All-State football player and wrestler. Theresa’s daughter Grace is a multisport athlete, who is committed to play Division I lacrosse at Winthrop University. Both played at the same HS that Joe was an AD at.

Favorite Projects: Theresa love’s running the day-to-day operations and strategic planning aspect of Tactical Garages & More and helping with interior organization! Theresa is the leader when it comes to organizational solutions!

Mike Sipe

Operations Manager

Mike is a retired athletic director (you catching the theme here?) who teamed up with good friends Joe and Brad to help start Tactical Garages & More. Mike is a visionary who is super creative and can quickly help find a solution in a haste. Mike is able to assess spaces and outfit them with the right organizational system or flooring to make the space more durable, safe, and functional. Oftentimes, when Mike visits a home he is able to spot “Dead Space” that could be readily utilized!

Fun Fact: Mike played college football at Shepard University located in West Virginia where he was an honorable mention All-American after having 10 interceptions in one season!

Favorite Projects: Like Brad, Mike is a huge fan of looking at a space and coming up with a custom solution. Known for his great organizational skills, Mike is also one of the best at project management.
